Slam Jam allows customers to return any product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the items remain in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We strive to ensure a seamless returns process for our global community through our dedicated online portal.
Initiate Return
Access the Slam Jam Returns Portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the authorized courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
